What is the minimum order?

There is not a minimum order. You can modify any number of each product by selecting the product weight from 100 to 100 grams.

How much are the shipping costs of my order?

You can choose the method of delivery during the purchase process in the shopping cart.

When will I receive my order?

Total delivery time is composed of the order preparation time (1-2 days) + shipping time selected. You can refer delivery times in section 6 of the Terms of Use HERE.

For the calculation of delivery time only on work days are taken into account.

Can I select a schedule for the delivery of my order?

You can suggest a schedule of availability for delivery the order and we will communicate the courier agency. The courier company has no obligation to deliver the package in the schedule indicate.

You can request a new delivery in the case has not been able to deliver your order the first time by contacting the transport agency through the telephone notice indicating that the carrier has left.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order entering its client area.

How I can keep track of my order?

When the order is sent you will receive a confirmation email "send done". Follow the instructions outlined in the email to access the web monitoring corresponding to the contracted shipping.

How are the products packaged?

Each product will be packaged according to the selected amount to about 1kg. Thereafter anger packaged in bulk bags. If you divide a product into several bags can be noted in window "Comments" when processing the order before paying.

The bags we use are made of polypropylene (PP) for food use and the products are accompanied by their informative label with ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, conservation conditions, origin, weight and expiration date.

The PP is 100% recyclable, either in the form of industrial scrap (plastic waste from industries) or in the form of post-consumer waste.

PP contains energy comparable to fossil fuels, hence PP waste is an excellent alternative to be used as fuel to produce electrical energy and heat.
